DMF-Y-50S submerged electromagnetic pulse valve (also known as embedded valve), which is directly installed on the distribution box, has good flow characteristics. The pressure loss has decreased, making it suitable for workplaces with lower gas source pressure. The pilot part of the valve should not be subjected to force, and special attention should be paid during installation and hoisting. Otherwise, it will affect the performance of the valve and even damage the entire valve, rendering it unusable. The work pressure is strictly controlled between 0.2Mpa-0.6MPa, requiring relative stability.
Before installing the DMF-Y-50S submerged electromagnetic pulse valve, strictly clean the impurities inside the air bag. Under the control of the output signal from the pulse jet control instrument, the filter bags are blown and cleaned one by one to achieve the processing capacity and dust collection efficiency of the dust collector. Compressed air is strictly controlled to be a clean and dry air source. The dust collector's air distribution box (including connecting pipes) is determined by the user, and the capacity of the air distribution box should meet the requirement of providing a stable air source for the electromagnetic pulse valve. The inner wall of the air distribution box should be clean and free of rust and other debris, and the air distribution box should be leak free and meet relevant requirements.
